Unappreciated and Undervalued 

Have you ever felt undervalued or unappreciated? I know I have.

In this episode of Imagine The Possibilities, I explore what those two feelings might be telling us about ourselves. We’ll talk about the difference between being valuable and being indispensable, how years of experience can make difficult things look easy, and why appreciation may be happening around us in ways we don’t always recognize.

I’ll also introduce something I call a reverse bucket list—a simple way to look at what we’ve accomplished, what we’ve learned, who we’ve helped, and the difference we’ve already made.

Character

In this episode we’re exploring something that quietly shapes who we are becoming: character. I’ve come to believe that character isn’t built in one great moment. It’s formed one choice, one decision, and one act at a time. I share lessons I learned from two important people in my life—my dad and my friend and mentor, Bob—and how their examples taught me about integrity, respect, humility, and doing right in our lives. I also revisit my “bent nail theory” and ask a simple question: How do the people around us experience our character?
