When the Fire Fades

In today’s episode I’m opening up about something I think we all go through—losing motivation. That fire that once drove us can start to fade, sometimes without us even realizing it. I’ve felt that drift myself, and in this episode, I share how I’m finding my way back. We’ll talk about reconnecting with our purpose, taking small steps, and remembering why we started. Getting and Staying Motivated

Today, we’re diving into motivation, a topic close to my heart. I firmly believe that what we input shapes our output. Whether it’s the books we read, the people we associate with, or the places we spend our time, each element influences our thoughts, beliefs, and actions. I’ll share personal experiences, like how my wife Brenda’s unwavering support helped me overcome self-doubt and finally launch this podcast. We’ll explore the importance of surrounding ourselves with positivity, engaging with motivational content, and the power of faith and personal conversations with Jesus. Join me on this journey to unlock your potential and Imagine the Possibilities.

Don’t Be a Fault Finder

In this episode of Imagine the Possibilities–“Don’t Be a Fault Finder” we’ll explore the concept of “fault finders”—individuals who focus on the negatives in others. Drawing from both my personal and professional life, I hope to encourage you to understand the importance of seeking the positive qualities in people. We’ll discuss strategies for fostering a more constructive environment through praising efforts publicly and addressing issues privately. Ultimately, I genuinely hope to encourage each of you to adopt a mindset of positivity, which will ideally not only reinforce personal relationships but also enhance overall morale and productivity in the workplace.

New Beginnings

This is my first podcast “New beginnings.” That seemed like a good title for it given that getting to this point had more twist and turns than the “Tail of the Dragon.” In case you don’t know about the “Tail of the Dragon” all you really need to know is that it has 318 curves in eleven miles. Anyway, I completed my journey to this point and now everyone can listen to “New Beginnings.” I am going to talk about why it took me over two years to get to this point. How I felt when facing self-doubt multiple times. My starts and stops. I am also going to talk about what we are going to do moving forward. Everything I intend to do is about us making each other better in our personal, professional, and spiritual lives. I know we can help each other, and both get better one step at a time.
