In this episode of Imagine the Possibilities–“Don’t Be a Fault Finder” we’ll explore the concept of “fault finders”—individuals who focus on the negatives in others. Drawing from both my personal and professional life, I hope to encourage you to understand the importance of seeking the positive qualities in people. We’ll discuss strategies for fostering a more constructive environment through praising efforts publicly and addressing issues privately. Ultimately, I genuinely hope to encourage each of you to adopt a mindset of positivity, which will ideally not only reinforce personal relationships but also enhance overall morale and productivity in the workplace.

Listened to your second podcast, “Don’t Be a Fault Finder.” You hit the nail on the head. Your statement about public praise and reprimand in private is absolutely what a good leader should always do. I had a “come to Jesus” with my boss over this very subject and virtually “bet my job” to deliver that message to him. He was publicly humiliating folks and I called him on it. He actually listened and completely altered his behavior. We became fast friends after that very tense encounter.

Thanks again for the great comments. Glad you enjoyed the “Don’t be a Fault Finder” podcast. Seems that there are a lot of people that are fault finders without recognizing it. One thing you can do for me, if you are comfortable with it, is share the podcast with your friends. If not, I understand. New podcast will be released on the 1st and 15th of each month. I am also trying to figure out how to do some video chats with those that would be interested in sppending a bit of time talking about the subject of a podcast. Anyway, we do need to talk, I need to see if you have any ideas of how to make my podcast better, some new subjects I could talk about, and any other advice you could give me. As my best friend your views on all of this are important to me. Take care and I will catch you later. Love and prayers to you.
